What's Included
We’ve thoughtfully designed every detail to provide comfort, care, and peace of mind — so your loved one can feel truly at home.
Inclusions:
✓ Use of common areas such as common lounge, dining, roof deck garden, and walkways.
✓ Furnishing and appliances includes television, air-conditioner, electric fan, bed, and cabinet.
✓ May bring in personal items or electrical equipment (subject to approval) with extra charges for electricity.
✓ Accommodation includes utilities (electricity and water), 8 hours of air conditioning per day.
✓ 3 meals provided daily plus snacks (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon snacks)
✓ Housekeeping 3 times a week.
✓ Linen service for towels, pillowcase, blanket, bed sheets, and bedspread.
✓ Laundry up to 2kg per week; any additional are subject for billing.
✓ Daily bedmaking, evening turndown service.
